                  NUTRITION- Every individual in this world wants to lead a healthy  life. Food is the main basis for maintaining health. So, the knowledge of 'food and nutrition' is essential for every individual.      Nutrition is defined as the science of food and its relationship with health.        In other words, it can be said that nutrition is the science of foods which comprises the dynamic process in in which the consumed food is digested, nutrients are absorbed and distributed to the tissues for utilisation and wastage are disposed of the body.       ---   Macronutrients--- These are required in large proportion in our diet like carbohydrates,fat,proteins,and water. Micronutrients include carbon ,hydrogen, Oxygen and nitrogen.       They are main part of diet and they are taken in large quantity in our diet.       They are main sources of energy in body development.      -----  Micronutrients---   These are required in small proportion in our diet live vitamin and Mi
