  YOGA FOR PREVENTING OBESITY OBESITY-- obesity is define as excessive accumulation of body fat.  it may be caused due to genetic factor. it is not a disease in itself but is a major cause of many serious diseases like diabetes and certain heart diseases.  Excessive accumulation of internal Fat, can be prevented through regular exercise and yoga .
