Exercise Guidelines at Different Stage Of Growth And  Development- The physical activity can be divided according to different stage of life- Infancy (0-2): 1. Children of this age group should be made to practise activities related to sitting crawling and walking. 2. This should be made to practise activities to control their physical balance. 3. At this stage ball and baby Walker are good equipment for practising exercise.. Childhood (3-11years): 1. To encourage recreation,experimentation and exploration children should play freely. 2- they should take part in medium and high intensity physical activities like running walking ,cycling, etc at list for 60 minutes daily. 3. Such activities should be included which increase their strength according to the body weight.
