  Posture Postures is the specific body position. It may be static or dynamic such as sitting, standing,lying,walking,running, reading, etc. It means that a good/correct is the position of the body held without any sense of effort. Correct posture may also be defined as that assumed position which enables the body to perform or function effectively. According to Doctors- "Posture is soundness of physiological balance of body."
